WE ARE NOT YOUR EMOTIONAL PUNCHING BAG AND HAVE ZERO TOLERANCE FOR CHILDISH, IGNORANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR. IT'S SAD THAT WE WOULD EVEN HAVE TO SAY THIS, BUT SOME PEOPLE HAVE MADE IT NECESSARY.

All used equipment sold in the store or in person is FINAL SALE. No refunds or returns.
It has a 90 day repair warranty against defects in operation or function, not disclosed in the sale. If you experience issues, not related to damage, water, moisture, dust, dirt or impact, return the camera/lens for diagnostics and it will be repaired, free of charge. If deemed irreparable or not economic to continue repairing a full refund may be provided for the sale price of the items so long as all original packaging and accessories are returned with the item. Warranty is void if the camera/lens has been opened, tampered with or is found to be damaged by water, dust, dirt, moisture, neglect or impact.Diagnostic fees and shipping are nonrefundable.
Return shipping both ways is not included in the warranty. Drop off in person is free.
Repairs and Service - 90 day Repair Warranty
All repairs carry a 90 day warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. If you experience the same issue again it is repaired again for free and/or you will be refunded the repair and parts costs if deemed irreparable or not economic to continue repairing. Diagnostic & shipping fees are non-refundable. There is no warranty provided for work done on any equipment that has been previously disassembled by anyone, other than a qualified repair shop, to attempt a repair. No warranty is provided for equipment repaired that has been damaged by water, moisture or severe impact. Shipping is not included.
Diagnostic fees and shipping are nonrefundable.
Overdue invoices will be charged interest at a rate of 29% annually on a monthly compounding rate from the day the invoice is issued to the day before payment is received.
New Sales - 30 Days Exchange Only
We guarantee every new item that we sell on our site. If it arrives defective or not functioning as intended, just let us know. Ship it back to us and we will exchange it for a new one at any time during the 30 days, and refund you the return shipping. Exchange does not cover damage due to water, moisture, impact, dust, dirt or using the item for something other than intended.
We do not accept returns due to buyers remorse, changed your mind, buy and try tactics or attempts to treat a return policy like a rental service. We don't support these types of abuse of return policies and therefore have an exchange only return policy on all new accessories.
Online and In-Person Camera courses and Workshops
There are no refunds, returns or exchanges on workshops or courses.
